Just to give you a rough idea if you do decide to move forward after seeing our quotation here is a breakdown of the costs involved in starting a new designed custom bottle.

• Sample Tooling Cost: $1,500 (you will get at least 2 samples for approval)

• Production Tooling: $4,000 less the $1,500 sample tool = $2,500 balance (Now you are ready for full production)

• Minimum Order Amount Will Depend On The Size of The Bottle (Typically it is one 20′ Container for small bottles, ie. 50ml or 375ml, and one 40′ Container for larger bottles)
